Ellen: Yes, you'll meet with him in a few minutes, to decide where to raise your kids. You see we don't allow young children in the normal havens.
Jolan: What do you mean by havens, I thought you said there was no haven.
Ellen: Haven not Heaven. There are many many havens, we hoss build them. People from similar times and cultures are housed together in what we hope are nice places that resemble their personal ideal about the afterlife. We want them to be comfortable but we do not try to make them perfect. There are many of different sorts. Most are earth like with cities and towns and mountains to explore and oceans to sail on, but there is no death, no physical pain. You eat only for the pleasure of it and never worry about sickness or age. They are places to recover from the stress of your previous life and to prepare yourselves for the next step.
Jolan: Sounds lovely. But children aren't allowed?
