Knock Knock Ellen: Allyson? Can we talk? Something happened today. Allyson: Come in Ellen, take a seat. Allyson: You broke down and started crying during a greeting today. Ellen: Yes! But how? Allyson: I was going over the logs. Ellen: This has never happened before, I don.t know how I lost control. Allyson: Frankly Ellen, I.m not worried about a bit crying. This is your first break down in twenty years. Most of the Greeters on the staff break down at least once in the first six months. Your dealing with a lot of emotional issues, it's normal to be affected by it. No crying is that not what.s bothering me. But there is something I saw in the logs that has me very concerned.
